By using the Saint Tale service (hereafter also defined as "Saint Tale"), you (hereafter also defined as "User") agree to the following terms (hereafter also defined as "Terms of Service"): Using the Saint Tale service includes, but is not limited to, using the Website, using the Forum, registering a Game Account, downloading and using files provided by Saint Tale. Service Policy: - Any User must respect all staff members, THREATEN, HARRASSING, CURSING, OR ANY VERBAL ASSAULT towards staff members is a top offence. - Saint Tale reserves the right to remove any User's access to Saint Tale at any time for any reason. See Penalty Policy below. - Any User who is caught using any unauthorized third party programs that directly and/or indirectly modifies the Saint Tale service will result in being permanently banned from Saint Tale. - It is not allowed to buy or sell Saint Tale content using real-life currency. - Saint Tale carries no responsibility of a Game Account's security, if you give out the password of a Game Account, you are putting the Game Account and/or its data in jeopardy of being stolen. - You obey the game rules, which can be found on our website. If you are caught breaking any rule, that may result in any sort of penalty decided by a staff member. Legal Policy: - Saint Tale service comes "as-is" without any expressed or implied warranty. - Saint Tale is a free service that requires no payment of any kind, this is an open service for all who registered and agreed to this licence agreement. - Saint Tale can not be held liable for any damage resulted from using the service, including but not limited to the usage of the website, the forum and files provided by Saint Tale. - Saint Tale reserves the right to close the service permanently or temporarily at any time for any reason. There will be no compensation towards the User. - Saint Tale may scan the User's computer for unauthorized third party software that directly and/or indirectly modifies the Saint Tale service. - All Game Accounts, Characters and any other data related to Saint Tale are property of the Saint Tale service, not its Users. Therefore, you can not claim any property in Saint Tale. - In the event of loss of Game Accounts or any type of loss or change in the Saint Tale service, there will be no compensation towards the User. - Saint Tale provides a free service but Saint Tale accepts donations to support our service from a user's free will, all donations made towards the server are non-refundable. - Saint Tale is a strict private community for gamers only, any other type of individual is not allowed to use the Saint Tale service. Your intention to register is to play games. - The files provided by the Saint Tale service can auto update, this includes but is not limited to changing, creating, moving, renaming and deleting files in the installed directory, its subdirectories and the temporary directory. - Saint Tale is a free service, Saint Tale only has users, not customers. - You do not use the Saint Tale service in the name of an anti-piracy group. You are a natural individual, any other form of legal entity is not allowed to use the Saint Tale service. - In the event of any third party claim that may affect Saint Tale and / or even include non-liability of a lawsuit, the User agrees from the claimant to exclude Saint Tale from the respective action, assuming full responsibility in the respective Action - Any User, when accept these terms, agree that any lawsuit will occurs on location ( City ) of Saint Tale Owner. - If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties should agree that such court or tribunal shall endeavor to give effect to the intentions of the parties as reflected in said provision and that the other Provisions Of these Terms shall remain binding and in full force and effect. Privacy Policy: For each User, Saint Tale stores the following personal information, for a limited time, in a database: - E-Mail Addresses - IP Addresses - MAC Addresses - Computer Names - User Names - (Unique) Device ID's This information is used for logging and security purposes. If any problem occurs we contact you on the provided E-Mail Address. Saint Tale does not share your information with any third party. In the case of an attack on our database in which data was stolen, Saint Tale can not be held liable for any damages. Penalty Policy: - Saint Tale reserves the right to permanently or temporarily ban a User from using the Saint Tale service at any time and for any reason and without compensation towards a User. Methods to ban a User include, but are not limited to, by IP Address, MAC Address, Unique Device ID or E-Mail Address. - Saint Tale reserves the right to permanently or temporarily ban any Game Account at any time and for any reason and without compensation towards a User. - Saint Tale reserves the right to delete any Game Account at any time and for any reason and without compensation towards a User. - Saint Tale reserves the right to delete any data of any Game Account at any time and for any reason and without compensation towards a User. You must read, understand and agree to the Terms of Service before every use of the Saint Tale service. When the Terms of Service has changed, you agree to the new Terms of Service. At every use of the Saint Tale service, you've agreed to the latest Terms of Service. You have read and understood this Terms of Service.
